How to Get an Official Georgia Crash Report
Every state and local law-enforcement agency in Georgia must send its original crash reports to the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), which stores them. If the Georgia State Patrol investigated your crash, request the report online through EPORTS, run by the Department of Public Safety (DPS); for other crashes, DPS directs you to GDOT's Crash Reporting Unit.
